“We already wrote a letter to LTO Executive director Bona but until now we didn’t receive any reply, we are trying to get modern and high technology to help our country to have clean air and less accidents. The approval of a good LTO Chief is highly appreciated; this will be proven that the road worthiness of this equipment is needed For testing of diesel fed vehicles: Opacimeter – capable of testing Euro IV emission standard or higher tier standard.l,” pahayag ni PETC President Jun Evangelista.
“This equipment can check ABS or an Anti-Lock Braking System is a piece of safety equipment that prevents the wheels of a vehicle from locking up under emergency, panic, or harsh braking conditions,” pagpapaliwanag ni Evangelista.
Speed sensors – These sensors monitor how fast the wheel or wheels are rotating Valves – Valves in the brake line allow, block and release pressure on the brakes by assuming three different positions .
Pump – These pumps are filled with hydraulic fluid and apply pressure to the brake drums or callipers on demand
Controller.
Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is the brain of the ABS and uses data from the sensors to determine whether or not to pump the brakes
Exhaust Gas Recirculation, a vehicle emissions control concept used in both gasoline and diesel engines. The EGR valve – which works differently depending on how old the car is and whether it uses gasoline or diesel fuel is a key component to a car’s exhaust system and engine health.
