Lapid pinadadagdagan ang service incentive leaves ng mga empleado

Naghain ng panukala si Senator Lito Lapid upang madoble ang paid service incentive leaves ng mga kawani. “Mahalagang aspeto ng worker’s welfare and benefits ang pagkakaloob ng mga leaves upang ang ating mga manggagawa ay magkaroon ng pahanon para sa kani-kanilang mga pamilya, makapag-bakasyon at makapaglaan ng oras sa sarili,” katuwiran ni Lapid.
 Naniniwala ang senador na kapag nadagdagan ang paid leaves ng mga kawani ay mas magiging produktibo sila sa trabaho. Hindi sakop ng panukala ang mga empleado na na may 10-day paid leaves, gayundin ang mga nagta-trabaho sa mga establismento na hindi lalagpas sa 10 ang mga trabahador, gayundin ang mga negosyo na bibigyan ng ‘exemption’ ng kalihim ng Department of Labor and Employment. Nais ni Lapid na mula sa limang paid service incentive leaves ay madoble ito sa 10.
