Comelec pinasasagot ng Korte Suprema sa sa petisyong inihain laban sa Smartmatic
Inatasan ng Supreme Court ang Commission on Elections (Comelec) na magkomento sa petisyon nina Atty. Eduardo Bringas, Bishop Reuben Abante at Moses Rivera na humihiling na papanagutin ang mga opisyal ng Smartmatic.
Ito ang napagdesisyon sa Supreme Court en banc session kahapon.
Kinuwestyon ng mge petitioner ang pagpapalit ng mga opisyal ng smartmatic sa hascode o script na ginamit sa transparency server ng Comelec sa nakalipas na May 9 elections.
Inihihirit din ng mga petitioner sa SC na pagpaliwanagin ang Comelec sa kwestyunableng resulta ng botohan noong alas 7:25 ng gabi ng May 9 hanggang sa pagsapit ng 7:45 ng gabi, 8:05 ng gabi at 8:25 ng gabi.
Ito ang oras na biglang bumaba na ang boto ni Senador Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., at naungusan ni Representative Leni Robredo sa vice presidential race.
