Mahigit P400 bilyon na pork barrel at mala-Development Acceleration Program (DAP) ang isiningit sa 2015 budget ayon kay dating Senator Panfilo Lacson sa kanyang talumpati sa Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants at the Intercontinental Hotel sa Makati City.
Ani Lacson, aabot sa P424 bilyon ang halaga ng lump-sum appropriations na inilagay ng gobyerno sa 2015 General Appropriations Act (GAA).
Sinabi ni Lacson na ang naturang halaga ay natuklasan sa budget ng labingisang major line agencies ng pamahalaan.
“To date… we have already discovered a total of P424 billion worth of lump-sum appropriations, a.k.a. discretionary funds, parked in the budget of just 11 of the 21 major line agencies of the national government. Hold your breath. It is still counting,” ani Lacson.
Sinabi din ni Lacson na ang nasabing lump-sum appropriations o discretionary funds ay lantad sa katiwalian.
Magugunitang idineklara na ng Korte Suprema na labag sa saligang batas ang Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) matapos mabunyag ang P10 billion pork barrel scam sangkot si Janet Lim-Napoles.
