De Lima umaasa ng pansamantalang paglaya ngayon taon

Umaasa si dating Senator Leila de Lima na pagbibigyan ng korte ang kanyang hirit para sa pansamantalang kalayaan.

“Ang kahilingan niya ay sana mapabilis itong proseso ngayon at kung saka-sakali, mapagbigyan siya na makapag-piyansa man lang at makakuha ng temporary liberty,” ani Atty. Boni Tacardon, abogado ni de Lima.

Dumalo si de Lima sa pagdinig para sa kanyang petisyon na makapag-piyansa sa Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 256.

Naiprisinta bilang testigo ng prosekusyon si Herbert Colangco.

Kapwa akusado ng dating senadora sa kasong conspiracy to commit illegal drug trading sina dating Bureau of Corrections Dir. Franklin Jesus Bucayu, Wilfredo Elli, ang nasawing siJaybee Sebastian, Ronnie Dayan, Joenel Sanchez at Jose Adrian Dera.

May katulad na kasong kinahaharap si de Lima sa Muntinlupa RTC Branch 204.
