Oktubre 31 idineklarang special non-working holiday ni Pangulong Marcos

Idineklara ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang October 31 bilang special non-working holiday.

Ayon kay Office of the Press Secretary officer-in-charge Undersecretary Cheloy Garafil, ito ay para mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang publiko na magkaroon ng mahaba-habang panahon para gunitain ang Undas.

Ang October 31 ay araw ng Lunes.

Dahil dito, magkakaroon ng long weekend ang publiko at maaring makapagsimula ng bakasyon sa araw ng Sabado, Oktubre 29 hanggang sa Nobyembre 1.

Sapat na panahon na aniya ito para makauwi sa mga probinsya at mabisita ang mga kaanak na namayapa na.

“The President has signed the Proclamation declaring October 31 as a special non-working holiday, para na rin po marami tayong time kasama ang ating pamilya at para ma-promote na rin po ang ating local tourism,” pahayag ni Garafil.
