Duterte lumustay ng P4.5B confidential and intel funds sa huling taon
Isinapubliko ng Commission on Audit (COA) na gumasta si dating Pangulong Duterte ng kabuuang P4.5 billion confidential at intelligence funds sa huling taon ng kanyang termino.
Sa taunang financial report ng COA, P2.25 bilyon ang confidential expenses ng Office of the President sa panahon ni Duterte, samantalang P2.25 bilyon naman sa intelligence expenses.
Ayon sa COA, ito ay halos kalahati ng kabuuang P9.082 billion confidential and intelligence funds na ginasta ng administrasyong Duterte noong nakaraang taon.
Ang Department of National Defense (DND) ay gumasta naman ng P1.860 billion CIF, samantalang P908.45 billion naman ang nagamit ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Sa kabuuan, ang CIF na nagasta ng gobyerno ay mababa ng P361.3 million kumpara sa P9.443 billion noong 2020.
