Coterminous na empleyado ng Office of the President, pinalawig
Makahihinga na ng maluwag ngayon ang mga empleyado na coterminous na nasa ilalim ng Office of the President.
Ito ay dahil sa pinalawig pa ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin ang pananatili ng mga empleyado na coterminous ng hanggang Disyembre 31, 2022.
Base sa Memorandum Order Number 7 na pinirmahan ni Bersamin noong Setyembre 27, 2022, layunin nito na hindi maputol ang pagsi-serbisyo sa gobyerno ng Office of the President.
Sinabi naman ni Director Andrea Maila Ordanez ng Human Resources Department ng office of the President na tiyak na magiging masaya ang Pasko ng mga empleyado.
“We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to ES Bersamin for the issuance of MO 7, continuing the services of those whose appointments were coterminous with the then appointing authority until Dec. 31, 2022, unless their appointments are sooner revoked or resignation accepted, or replacement appointed, or reappointments,” pahayag ni Ordanez.
“Sir, it is really hard to be in that place of uncertainty especially this coming Christmas season na ang hiling lang ng bawat isa sa amin ay maging happy tayo ngayong Pasko,” dagdag ni Ordanez.
Una nang nagpalabas ng kaparehong memorandum si dating Executive Secretary Vic Rodriguez pero dahil sa nagbitiw ito sa puwesto, kinakailangan ni Bersamin na magpalabas ng bagong memorandum.
