Nanumpa na kay Pangulong Marcos Jr., si Information and Communication Technology Secretary John Ivan Uy.
Ito ay matapos ire-appoint ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., si Uy, na kabilang sa mga miyembro ng gabinete na na-bypassed ng Commission on Appointments.
Hindi nakasabay si Uy sa panunumpa ng 11 pang bypassed cabinet members kamakailan dahil nasa Romania pa ito para sa International Telecommunication Union.
Ibinida naman ni Uy na nakuha ng Pilipinas ang ika-pitong puwesto sa ITU habang ang China ay nasa ika-13 puwesto lamang.
Kasabay na nanumpa ni Uy, si Pedro Ramirez Laylo bilang Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the State of Israel.
