Grander infrastructure project, asahan na sa administrasyon ni Marcos
Asahan na ang mas grandehiyosong mga infrastructure initiatives sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
Sa groundbreaking ceremony ng konstruksyon ng Ortigas at Shaw Boulevard stations ng Metro Manila Subway Project (Contract Package 104) sa Pasig City, sinabi ng Pangulo na paiigtingin pa ng pamahalaan ang Build Better More Infrastructure Agenda.
“Let the breaking ground of this subway system signal our intention to the world to pursue even grander dreams and more ambitious endeavors that will bring comfort and progress to our people all over the country,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
Asahan an rin aniya na mas maraming economic activities ang mangyayari dahil sa naturang proyekto.
Malaking tulong din aniya ang subway project sa mga commuters.
“With accessible designated stations that can cater to a massive volume of passengers, we anticipate helping our people skip the long lines of traffic and even spare themselves from the perils of commuting,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
Hinimok naman ng Pangulo ang publiko na maging positibo at intindihin na lang muna ang abala dulot ng konstruksyon ng subway.
Tiyak naman kasi aniyang malaking ginhawa sa publiko ang dulot ng subway oras na matapos na ito.
“With improving linkages of key areas in business districts in the metro as well as the availability of stalls and other stores in the stations and nearby markets, we can see more business opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors and additional economic activity,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
Tatagal ng limang taon ang pagsasara sa mga motorista sa ilang kalsada sa Pasig City.
