Sen. Mark Villar kasama sa nag-uwi ng trabaho sa US trip ni PBBM Jr.
Kabilang si Senate Deputy Majority Leader Mark Villar sa mga nakasama ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., sa pagbisita nito sa US kamakailan.
Ibinahagi ni Villar na nakipagpulong sila ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., sa business groups at foreign investors gayundin sa mga inorganisa ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) tulad ng New York Stock Exchange Economic Forum at Philippine Economic Briefing.
“It was a productive week. We went there to explore new opportunities that will bring about massive employment in our country. Our goal was to make sure that foreign investors are aware of our capability as a nation and the potential of the Filipino workforce”, ani Villar, na siyang namumuno sa Senate Committee on Trade.
Kabilang naman sa mga nakausap ng delegasyon ay mga kinatawan ng Alorica, Concentrix, JPMorgan Chase & Co., JPMC PH Global Service Center, Legato Health Technologies, Optum Inc, Qualfon Inc at Boeing.
Naniniwala si Villar na may magandang naibunga ang pakikipag-usap nila ni Pangulong Marcos sa mga negosyante dahil sa pagtitiyak nila na ang Pilipinas ay magandang paglagakan ng kanilang puhunan.
Pagtitiyak niya na makakalikha ng mga trabaho para sa mga Filipino ang pamumuhunan ng mga banyagang kompaniya sa Pilipinas.
