Limang rescuers na nasawi sa Bulacan, kinilala ni Pangulong Marcos
Binigyan ng pagkilala at pagpupugay ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang limang rescuers na nasawi habang nagsasagawa ng rescue operation sa kasagsagan ng Bagyong Karding sa Bulacan.
Base sa Twitter post ng Pangulo, sinabi nito na labis na nakaluungkot ang pagkasawi ng limang rescuers.
Ayon sa Pangulo, habang buhay na mananatili sa alaala ang kabayanihan ng limang rescuers.
“I am deeply saddened to hear that we lost five good men to Typhoon Karding yesterday. Our prayers go to the families of George Agustin, Troy Justin Agustin, Marby Bartolome, Narciso Calayag Jr., and Jerson Ressurreccion,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
“Their courage and bravery will live on in our memory,” dagdag ng Pangulo.
