Apat na kalsada sa Luzon, hindi pa maaring daanan ng mga motorista
Sarado pa sa mga motorista ang apat na national road section sa Cordillera Administrative Region, Regions 3 at CALABARZON dahil sa pananalasa ng Bagyong Karding.
Base sa field monitoring reports ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Bureau of Maintenance hanggang 6:00, Lunes ng umaga, tinukoy ni Secretary Manuel Bonoan ang mga impassable road.
Kabilang dito ang mga sumusunod:
– Kennon Road sa Benguet (sarado sa mga hindi residente para sa safety reasons)
– Nueva Ecija-Aurora Road, K0174+300 section dahil sa landslide
– Concepcion – Lapaz K0131+300 dahil sa natumbang electric post
– Ternate – Nasugbu Road, K0068+(-1000) K0074+622 sa Cavite dahil sa safety reasons.
Samantala, bunsod naman ng matinding landslides at rockslides, isang lane lamang ang maaring daanan sa Manila North Road K0578+800 section sa Sitio Banquero, Brgy. Pancian, Pagudpud.
Naglagay na ang DPWH Quick Response Teams ng warning signs at barricades sa mga apektadong kalsada.
Patuloy din ang ikinakasang clearing operation ng kagawaran.
