Nanggaling ang shipment, na unang idineklara na naglalaman ng “goodies”, sa Pennsylvania, United States of America.

Nang isailalim sa physical examination, nadiskubre ang dried buds at leaves na hinihinalang ilegal na droga.
Dinala ang samples nito sa PDEA para sa chemical laboratory analysis at dito nakumpirma na Tetrahydrocannabinol o marijuana ito.
Agad naglabas si District Collector Alexandra Lumontad ng Warrant of Seizure and Detention dahil sa paglabag sa Sections 118 (g), 119 (d), and 1113 par. f, I & l (3 at 4) ng Republic Act 10863 o Customs Modernization and Tariff Act at may koneksyon sa Section 4 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Sinundan na ito ng controlled delivery operations ng PDEA at BOC sa Malabon.
Sa ngayon, umabot na sa P114 milyong halaga ng ilegal na droga ang nasamsam ng Portk of Clark simula noong Enero 2022.
