Ayon sa 5:00 p.m. advisory ng Pagasa, bagama’t lumakas, bumagal naman ang pagkilos nito.
Namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa 395 kilometro silangan ng Itbayat, Batanes.
Kumikilos ang bagyo sa northwestward direction sa bilis na 10 kilometro kada oras.
Taglay ng bagyo ang hangin na 130 kilometro kada oras at pagbugso na 160 kilometro kada oras.
Ayon sa Pagasa, ang trough at ang southwest monsoon o habagat ang magdadala ng pag-ulan sa bahagi ng extreme Northern Luzon at western section ng Central at Southern Luzon.
Inaasahang magtutungo sa Taiwan ang bagyo sa araw ng Lunes.
