Joma Sison, iba pang opisyal ng CPP, NPA, NDFP inasunto ng PNP – CIDG
Patong-patong na kasong kriminal ang isinampa ng PNP-CIDG laban kay Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) founder Jose Maria ‘Joma’ Sison.
Bukod kay Sison, sinampahan din ng mga kaso ang mga miyembro ng NDF negotiating panel na sina Luis Jalandoni, Coni Ledesma, Maria Concepcion Araneta Bocala, at Porferio Tuna Jr.
Sinabi ni CIDG director, Brig. Gen. Ronald Lee na ang mga isinampang kaso ay paglabag sa RA 9851, genocide at iba pang crimes against humanity.
Nag-ugat aniya ang mga kaso sa magkahiwalay na pag-atake at pagkuha sa mga menor-de-edad bilang miyembro ng NPA sa Western Visayas at Central Mindanao.
Kasama rin sa mga inasunto ang mga pinuno at miyembro ng NPA sa mga nabanggit na rehiyon.
