IATF, inirekomenda na gawing boluntaryo ang pagsusuot ng face mask

Inirekomenda ng Inter-Agency Task Force of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) na gawing boluntaryo na lamang ang pagsusuot ng face sa open spaces bilang dagdag-proteksyon laban sa COVID-19.
Ayon kay Press Secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles, nais ng IATF na gawing ‘optional’ na lamang ang pagsuot ng face mask sa mga hindi matataong lugar at sa mga lugar na may magandang ventilation.
Ipiprisinta ng IATF kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. ang naturang rekomendasyon.
Una rito, nagpalabas ng kautusan ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Cebu City na gawing optional na lamang ang paggamit ng face mask.
