Most wanted person sa Davao region na nahaharap sa iba’t ibang kaso, timbog
Naaresto ng mga awtoridad ang itinuturing na ‘most wanted person’ sa Davao region noong Martes, Setyembre 6.
Ayon sa Philippine National Police Public Information Office (PNP-PIO), sa bisa ng warrant of arrest, nahuli si Arthur Aguilar sa bahagi ng Davao del Norte.
Inaresto si Aguilar ng Police Station 4 ng Davao City Police Office, kasama ang ilang tauhan ng RIU 11 CIT, CIU-DCPO, at 1105th MC RMFB 11.
Nahaharap si Aguilar sa kasong attempted rape, dalawang bilang ng sexual abuse, at Acts of Lasciviousness na may kinalaman sa Republic Act 7610.
Matapos maaresto, dinala ang suspek sa korte para sa legal proceeding.
Kasunod nito, siniguro ni PNP Chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. sa publiko na tatalima ang pambansang pulisya upang maprotektahan ang komunidad.
“The PNP is here to protect the community. We want the public to always feel safe,” saad nito.
