Ilang MRT-3 engineers, technical personnel sumailalim sa rail operations, maintenance training sa Japan
Sumailalim ang siyam na engineer at technical personnel ng Metro Rail Transit (MRT)-3 sa isang pagsasanay na may kaugnayan sa railway operations at maintenance sa Japan.
Bahagi ang pagsasanay ng technology transfer ng MRT-3 Rehabilitation Project kung saan made-develop ang kaalaman ng mga tauhan ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) na nakatalaga sa railway system.
Sakop nito ang mga workshop patungkol sa disaster management, station management control, light and heavy maintenance, railway safety operations, at iba pa.
Pinayagan din ang MRT-3 trainees na masaksihan at personal na maranasan ang railway technologies sa Japan, tulad ng barrier-free accessibility transport facilities at train driving simulators.
Sa kabuuan, nakapaghatid ang naturang pagsasanay ng dagdag-kaalaman at hands-on experience sa railway transport system para pangasiwaan ang cross-country learning at knowledge transfer.
Ayon kay General Manager Engr. Federico Canar, Jr., akma ang pagsasanay sa layunin ng MRT na matiyak na handa at “equipped” ang mga tauhan sa pinakabagong technological advances sa railway operations upang makapaghatid ng mas maayos na transportasyon sa mga commuter.
“We understand the crucial role of skills development training in our line of work. It is essential so as we can continuously upgrade our services, and better meet the needs of the riding public,” saad ni Canar.
