Bagyong Henry, bumagal; Batanes nasa Signal Number 2 pa rin
Bumagal ang Bagyong Henry habang tinatahak ang northward direction ng sea east of Taiwan.
Ayon sa 5:00 a.m. advisory ng Pagasa, patuloy na makararanas ng katamtamam hanggang sa malakas na pag-ulan ang Batanes at Babuyan Islands.
Namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa 360 kilometers east ng northeast ng Itbayat, Batanes.
Taglay ng bagyo ang hangin na 150 kilometers per hour at pagbugso na 185 kilometers per hour.
Nakataas pa rin ngayon ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Number 2 sa Batanes habang nasa Signal Number 1 ang Babuyan Islands at northeastern portion ng Mainland Cagayan, partikular na ang Santa Ana.
Inaasahang lalabas sa Philippine Area of Responsibility ang bagyo mamayang gabi o bukas ng umaga.
