Base sa abiso ng PAGASA bandang 11:00, Biyernes ng umaga, nakataas ang Batanes sa Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 2.
Huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa layong 365 kilometers Silangan Hilagang-Silangan ng Itbayat, Batanes.
Ibinabala ng weather bureau ang katamtaman hanggang mabigat na buhos ng ulan sa Ilocos Region, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Apayao, at Abra.
