Suspendido ang klase sa ilang lugar na apektado ng Bagyong Henry.
Walang pasok sa public at private schools sa lahat ng level sa Alaminos City, Pangasinan at Batanaes province.
Suspendido naman ang klase sa preschool hanggang sa elementary level sa Baguio City at La Trinidad sa Benguet.
Inaasahang lalabas sa Philippine Area of Responsibility ang bagyo sa bukas ng gabi o sa Sabado ng umaga.
