LGUs pinagbilinan na status quo muna sa face mask use
Umapila ang Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) sa mga lokal na pamahalaan na panatilihin munang mandatory ang pagsuot ng mask dahil sa pandemya.
“In the spirit of unity, I likewise appeal to all local chief executives to do the same until I bring this matter to the IATF,” aniya.
Dagdag pa ng opisyal; “I have already requested the IATF Secretariat to immediately convene in order to thoroughly discuss this measure.”
Sinabi pa ng kalihim na naka-usap na niya si Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama at pumayag aniya ito na pansamantalang hindi muna ipatupad ang kanyang executive order ukol sa pagsusuot ng mask.
Ngunit ayon kay Rama tuloy ang pagpapatupad ng kanyang kautusan at nilinaw niya na hindi naman niya ipinag-utos na huwag nang magsuot ng mask.
