“As of today, no Filipinos are reported to be harmed or affected by the torrential rain and flooding in Pakistan. The unprecedented amount of rain in the past weeks caused the death of more than a thousand persons in the Baluchistan and Sindh provinces,” saad ni Maria Agnes Cervantes, Charge d’Affaires ng Embahada ng Pilipinas sa Islamabad.

Ani Cervantes, “The Philippine Embassy in Islamabad is in touch with the Filipino leaders and the Filipino community in Pakistan. The Department continuously monitors the situation and is ready to assist Filipinos in distress.”
