So, we’ll wait po for the response on the part of the ES tungo doon sa pagtatanong ng ating legislature,” pahayag ni Angeles.
“Sa DOST, ang kanilang mga prayoridad ay creation of technology-based enterprises, jobs for regional development; pangalawa, food security and resilience; number three, health security; number four, water security and environmental protection; and number five, energy,” pahayag ni Angeles.
“Dalawa po ang tinalakay ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources – ang isa ay iyong kanilang priority programs of course pero pina-discuss din sa kanila ng ating Pangulo ang water security. So ang mga nasa plano ng ating DENR ay enhancement of the natural capital accounting system including the valuation of ecosystem services; pangalawa, budget realignment and strategic collaboration with other NGAs, LGUs, private sector, academe and other stakeholders; pangatlo, bolstering science and technology in environmental and natural resources management – halimbawa iyong Balik-Scientist Program ng DOST; improvement of sensors, sensor networks and analytics; at pang-apat, promoting green and blue jobs in environmental and natural resources management,” pahayag ni Angeles.
