Pansamantalang pinigil ng Supreme Court ang implementasyon ng no contact apprehension program (NCAP)).
Ayon sa pahayag ng SC, dahil sa inilabas na temporary restraining order, bawal muna ang panghuhuli sa pamamagitan ng NCAP hanggat walang bagong kautusan na inilalabass ang korte.
Itinakda ng SC ang oral argument sa Enero 24, 2023.
Bukod sa local government units na nagpapatupad ng NCAP, saklaw din ng kautusan ng SC ang Land Transportation office.
Una rito, dumulog sa SC ang grupong Kapit, Pasang Masda, Altodap at Alliance of Concerned Transport Organization para ipatigil ang NCAP na ipinatutupad sa limang lungsod sa Metro Manila.
