Namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa 1,655 kilometers east-northeast ng extreme ng Northern Luzon.
Taglay ng bagyo ang hangin na 160 kilometers per hour at pagbugso na 205 kilometers per hour.
Ayon sa Pagasa, may kalakasan ang paparating na bagyo sa bansa.
Babala pa ng Pagasa, maaring itaas ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal sa bahagi ng extreme Northern Luzon.
