Nagpalabas na ng desisyon ang Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 47 na nag-aatas sa Burau of Customs na ipatupad na ang computerized processing system sa kagawaran.
Base sa desisyon ni Judge Paulino Gallegos ng Manila RTC, kailangan nang ipatupad ang naturang kautusan, limang araw matapos ilabas ang desisyon.
Agosto 2, 2022 pa inilabas ni Gallegos angd esisyon.
“Considering the appointment of the new commission of the Bureau of Customs, honorable Yogi Filemon ruiz, let the decision and writs of execution in connection with the above-entitled case be furnished Honorable Ruiz , to be personally served the Sheriff of this Court, who in turn is directed to implement and report his compliance therewith within five (5) days after service therof,” bahagi ng desisyon ni Gallegos.
Sinabi naman ni Atty Israeilito Torreon, abogado ng Omniprime Marketing Incorporated na kung nais ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos na mabura ang katiwalian sa administrasyon, dapat nang ipatupad ang naturang programa.
Sa ganitong paraan kasi aniya, matatanggal ang pagre-recycle ng importation permit gaya nang nangyari kamakailan sa kontrobersiya sa asukal.

Noon pang 2015 napanalunan ng joint venture ang proyekto na pamalit sana sa lumang sistema ng BOC na Electronic-to-Mobile o E2M kasama na ang phase two ng Philippine’s National Single Window na patatakbuhin sa isang platform o sistema.
Layunin ng proyekto na gawin nang fully electronic at paperless ang mga transaksyon ng BOC kaya malaki ang maitutulong para masawata ang smuggling.
