Kaso ng COVID-19 sa QC, bumababa – OCTA

Bumababa ang mga kaso ng COVID-19 sa Quezon City, ayon sa independent monitoring group na OCTA Research.

Sinabi ni OCTA Research fellow Dr. Guido David na bumaba sa 238 ang seven-day averae sa bagong daily COVID-19 cases sa nasabing lungsod simula Agosto 19 hanggang 25.

Pitong porsyento aniya itong mas mababa sa seven-day average noong Agosto 12 hanggang 18.

Nasa -7 porsyento naman ang one week growth rate sa Quezon City at 13.5 porsyento ang RT-PCR testing positivity rate.

Base pa sa datos, mababa ang healthcare utilization para sa COVID-19 sa Quezon City na nasa 40 porsyento, habang 36 porsyento ang ICU occupancy.

Gayunman, sinabi ni David na nananatili sa moderate risk ang nasabing lungsod.

“Cases are expected to continue on a downward trend, but there are no guarantees,” saad nito.
