Naging ganap nang bagyo ang isang low pressure area (LPA) na binabantayan sa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Ayon sa PAGASA, naging bagyo ang LPA sa Silangang bahagi ng Aparri, Cagayan dakong 8:00, Linggo ng umaga.
Tatawagin ang naturang sama ng panahon na ‘Florita’.
Maglalabas ang PAGASA ng tropical cyclone bulletin upang magbigay ng update sa nasabing bagyo.
