Pagbili ng non-common-use supplies and equipment ng PS-DBM, sinuspinde muna
Sinuspinde ng bagong talagang Executive Director ng Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) ang pagbili ng non-common-use supplies and equipment.
Ayon kay PS-DBM Executive Order Dennis Santiago, mananatili ang suspension order ‘until further notice’.
“I issued a directive suspending the procurement of non-common use supplies and equipment, effective immediately,” pahayag ni Santiago.
Ibig-sabihin, hindi muna tatanggap ang PS-DBM ng request para sa pagbili ng mga NCSE.
“During the suspension, the PS-DBM shall not accept new requests for Non-CSE procurement until further notice. This will allow us to focus on the fulfillment of our primary mandate, which is to procure CSEs,” pahayag ni Santiago.
“Tatapusin na lamang po ‘yung procurement ng mga non-CSE na ongoing o nasa pipeline na hanggang sa sila’y makumpleto. Pero hanggang doon na lang po iyon. Pagkatapos noon, wala na. Lahat ng procurement, CSE na lang,” dagdag ni Santiago.
Nabatid na sa PS-DBM ang centralized na pagbili ng sa lahat ng tanggapan ng gobyerno,
Kabilang sa mga binibili ng PS-DBM ang mga gamit sa pang araw-araw na operasyon ng mga tanggapan ng gobyerno gaya ng ballpens, papel, stapler, paper clips, folders, at iba pa.
