Ang mga trabaho, ayon sa kagawaran, ay iniaalok ng indibiduwal at grupo.
Pinayuhan ang OFWs na iwasan nang makipag-usap sa mga illegal recruiters.
Nagbilin din ang DMW sa OFWs na tumupad sa kanilang employment contract obligations.
Dagdag pa ng kagawaran na maaring beripikahin sa kanilang verification system ang mga iniaalok na trabaho upang hindi mabiktima ng illegal recruiters.
