Itinalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. si Atty. Nesauro Firme sa Judicial and Bar Council (JBC).

Si Firme ay isang law professor at practitioner.

Nakakuha si Firme ng Bachelor of Laws degree mula sa Faculty of Civil Law sa University of Santo Tomas (UST).

Nagsilbi si Firme bilang Executive Assistant ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

Naging senior partner ng Oliva Firme and Associates si Firme at dating faculty ng Colleges of Law ng Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) at Jose Rizal University (JRU).
