OVP, nagkasa ng relief operations sa mga biktima ng Abra quake

Nagkasa ang tanggapan ni Vice President Sara Duterte ng relief operations para sa mga apektadong pamilya sa probinsya ng Abra.

Ayon kay Vice Presidential Spokesperson Atty. Reynold Munsayac, “always with the people” ang OVP kasunod ng magnitude 7 na lindol sa Northern Luzon noong Hulyo 27.

“Through the modest relief efforts of the Office of the Vice President, we would like to convey a clear and humble message to the good people of Abra – we are always with you. Abra has a special place in our hearts,” pahayag ni Munsayac.

Nagtungo rin ang OVP sa Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) sa Bagued, Abra upang maghatid ng bottled waters, food packs, mga gamot, at iba pang suplay ng mga pangunahing pangangailangan sa mga residente.

Kaparehong pagkain at gamit din ang natanggap ni Abra Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Myrna Bersalona.

Pinangunahan ng mga volunteer mula sa Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine National Police (PNP Abra), Inday Sara Duterte Ako Movement (ISDA), at OVP Disaster Operations Center (OVP-DOC) ang naturang operasyon sa nasabing lugar.
