South Korea, nagbigay ng $200,000 tulong para sa mga biktima ng M7.0 quake

Magdo-donate ang South Korean Government ng US$200,000 humanitarian assistance o katumbas ng mahigit P11 milyon sa Pilipinas para sa mga biktima ng tumamang magnitude 7 sa Northern Luzon noong Hulyo 27.

“The Embassy announces the Korean Government’s decision to provide US$200,000 humanitarian assistance to help the affected Filipinos overcome the challenges and difficulties caused by the earthquake,” saad ng Korean Embassy sa kanilang Facebook post.

Nagparating din ng pakikisimpatya ang embahada sa mga biktima ng malakas na lindol.

“Korea continues to work closely with the Philippine Government and humanitarian partners to support the response and recovery efforts,” dagdag nito.

Matatandaang umabot sa mahigit 100,000 pamilya ang apektado ng pagyanig sa Regions 1 at 2, at maging sa Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

Yumanig ang magnitude 7 na lindol sa Tayum, Abra dakong 8:43 ng umaga (Hulyo 27).

Dahil sa lakas nito, naramdaman ang pagyanig sa mga karatig-lalawigan, kabilang ang Metro Manila.
