P408M halaga ng shabu nakumpiska sa Pampanga anti-drug operation
Halos 60 kilos ng shabu ang nakumpiska ng mga tauhan ng Philippine National Police – Drug Enforcement Group (PNP –DEG) sa ikinasang buy-bust operation sa Pampanga, Huwebes ng hapon (Hulyo 28).
Naaresto sa operasyon ang 31-anyos na na si Hernani Cosumo, ayon kay PNP-DEG chief, Brig. Gen. Randy Peralta.
Isinagawa ang operasyon bandang 2:00 ng hapon sa Mega Station NLEX sa Barangay San Felipe, San Fernando City.
Bukod sa droga na nagkakahalaga ng P408 milyon, kinumpiska din mula kay Cosumo ang isnag Hyundai Starex (YFU 655), ilang IDs at mga dokumento.
Nagtungo pa sa lugar sina Interior Sec. Benhur Abalos at PNP officer-in-charge, Lt. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr.
Mahaharap ang suspek sa mga kasong paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
