Sa ilalim ng Vape Law o Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act, ire-regulate nito ang importation, manufacture, sale packaging, distribution, use and communication ng vaporized nicotine at non-nicotine products pati na ang novel tobacco products.
