Pinaplantsa na ng Presidential Security Group (PSG) ang ilalatag na security plan sa unang State of the Nation Address (SONA) ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., sa Lunes.
Sinabi ni PSG commander, Col. Ramon Zagala na noon pang nakaraang linggo sinimulan nila ang paghahanda.
Aniya nakipag-ugnayan na sila sa pambansang pulisya, Bureau of Fire Protection at sa iba pang mga kinauukulang ahensiya ng gobyerno.
“So these preparations are being planned since last week and that we at PSG, we are prepared in coordination with the Philippine National Police so that everything will go around smooth, from the time he arrives, he delivers his SONA until he returns to the Malacañang Palace, ” pahayag ni Zagala.
Titiyakin aniya nila na walang anumang hindi kanais-nais na insidente ang mangyayari sa Lunes.
Dagdag pa nito, sa ngayon ay wala pa silang nalalaman na anumang banta sa seguriad ng Punong Ehekutibo kaugnay sa kanyang kauna-unahang pag-uulat sa bayan.
