Sinabi ni Press Sec. Trixie Cruz – Angeles, ito ang nakikita ng Punong Ehekutibo na solusyon sa ‘jobs’ mismatch’ sa bansa.
Kasama na aniya ang reporma sa curriculum sa mga nais ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., matapos matalakay sa Cabinet meeting ang ‘skills competencies’ ng mga manggagawa sa bansa.
“Among the suggestions to address these standing issues include a reform of the current curriculum since the rise of automation has posed a threat to many jobs,” ayon pa kay Angeles.
Sa pulong, ipinunto ni Pangulong Marcos Jr., na hindi lamang ang mga kurso ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) ang kanilang rebisahin kundi din aniya ang diploma courses.
