COVID-19 patients sa mga ospital, posibleng dumami sa susunod na buwan
Nakikita ng Department of Health (DOH) ang posibleng pagtaas ng mga COVID-19 patient sa mga ospital sa susunod na buwan hanggang sa pagpasok ng Setyembre.
Ito ang ibinahagi ni Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire sa isang panayam sa telebisyon at aniya, ang pagdami ng kaso ay maaring umabot sa pagtatapos ng kasalukuyang buwan.
“Towards end of Augist and start of September we might be seeing an increase in hospitalizations. As to the increasing number of cases, updated projections would state that the peak would be by end of July,” ayon kay Vergeire.
Ngunit agad naman nilinaw ng opisyal na sa ngayon, walang kasiguruhan ang lahat dahil ang mga ito ay ‘projections’ o pagtatantiya lamang.
Sinabi pa nito na posibleng umabot sa 1,800 hanggang 11,000 bagong kaso ang maitala hanggang sa katapusan ng buwan dahil sa mga paglabas na ng mga tao at mababang bilang pa rin na nagpaturok ng booster shots.
