Raphael Lotilla, itinalaga bilang bagong kalihim ng DOE
Itinalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. si Raphael Perpetuo Lotilla bilang susunod na kalihim ng Department of Energy (DOE).
Inanunsiyo ito ni Press Secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles sa inilabas na pahayag.
Dati nang naging kalihim si Lotilla ng naturang kagawaran simula 2005 hanggang 2007, sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni dating Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
Bago pa ito, naging presidente si Lotilla ng Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM).
Nagsilbi rin si Lotilla bilang Deputy Director General ng National Economic Development Authority (NEDA).
Naging law professor din si Lotillla sa University of the Philippines, kung saan din siya nagtapos sa kursong Bachelor of Laws.
Kinuha naman ni Lotilla ang kaniyang Masters of Laws sa University of Michigan Law School sa Ann arbor, Michigan.
