May nabuong low pressure area (LPA) sa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Sa abiso ng PAGASA bandang 11:00, Lunes ng umaga (Hulyo 11), huling namataan ang episentro ng LPA sa layong 290 kilometers Silangan ng Legazpi City, Albay dakong 10:00 ng umaga.
Mababa naman ang tsansa na maging tropical depression ang naturang sama ng panahon sa susunod na 48 oras.
Bunsod nito at ng Southwest Monsoon o Habagat, makararanas ng mahina hanggang katamtaman na kung minsan ay malakas na buhos ng ulan sa Palawan, Mindoro Provinces, Quezon, Bicol Region, Samar, Northern Samar, at Eastern Samar.
Babala ng weather bureau, maaring magdulot ang pag-ulan ng pagbaha at pagguho ng lupa.
