Sens. Chiz, Koko pinaboran ang unang dalawang EO ni PBBM Jr.
Naniniwala si Senator Francis Escudero na mabuting hakbang ang abolisyon ng ilang opisina sa ilalim ng Office of the President.
Sinabi ni Escudero makakatipid ang gobyerno at ang pondo aay maaring magamit para sa mga programa sa mga mahihirap na Filipino.
“Less bureaucracy is always better so we can have more money for projects and programs that directly benefit our people instead of just being spent on salaries and wages of government officials and employees,” ani Escudero.
Sabi pa nito; “As such, any initiative to make the government more effective and efficient in responding to the current needs of the people is always welcome and commendable.”
Patukoy ito sa Executive Orders No. 1 at No. 2 na naglusaw sa Philippine Anti-Corruption Commission, Office of the Cabinet Secretary at Office of the Presidential Spokesperson, gayundin ang paglipat ng Presidential Communications Operations Office sa Office of the Press Secretary.
Ganito din ang sinabi ni Sen. Koko Pimentel III dahil palaging makakabuti na mawala ang duplikasyon ng mga trabaho para makatipid sa pondo.
Inaasahan lang aniya niya na maibabahagi ng Malakanyang ang halaga ng natipid sa ginawang hakbang ni Pangulong Marcos Jr.
