Base sa 5:00am advisory ng Pagasa, kumikilos si Domeng sa northward direction sa Philippine Sea.
Taglay ni Domeng ang hangin na 85 kilometers per hour malapit sa sentro at pagbugso na 105 kilometers per hour.
Namataan si Domeng sa 975 kilometers east northeast ng Itbayat, Batanes.
Sinabi pa ng Pagasa na hindi naman direktang nakaapekto sa archipelago si Domeng.
Pinalakas ni Domeng at nagdaang tropical cyclone na Caloy ang habagat.
Makararanas ng maulap na kalangitan at panaka-nakang pag-ulan ang Palawan at Occidental Mindoro.
