Inagurasyon ni Pangulong Marcos, naging mapayapa – PNP
Naging mapayapa ang makasaysayang inagurasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. sa National Museum of Fine Arts sa Maynila at ibang lugar kung saan nagkaroon ng public viewing, ayon sa Philippine National Police (PNP).
Sinabi ni PNP Officer-in-Charge, Police Lieutenant General Vicente Danao Jr. na walang naitalang ‘untoward incident’ sa Maynila at iba pang lugar sa bansa sa araw ng inagurasyon.
“Through activation of Manila Task Force Shield, our police force along with other government agencies have successfully prepared and implemented all security measures for solemn and orderly conduct of the inauguration of President Marcos,” saad ng hepe ng pambansang pulisya.
Maliban sa ikinasang kilos-protesta ng maliit na grupo sa Quezon, wala na aniyang na-monitor ang PNP na iba pang public assembly.
“I extend the congratulations of the national leadership to the inter-agency committee that put together this well-coordinated and well-organized national event,” dagdag nito.
Nagpasalamat din si Danao sa naging kooperasyon ng mga personal na nanood ng seremonya sa pamamagitan ng pagsunod sa mga ipinatupad na security at safety guidelines.
