OCTA kumambiyo, Metro Manila nasa ‘low risk’ pa rin

Nanatiling nasa ‘low risk classification’ pa rin ang Metro Manila.

 

Ito ang paglilinaw ni OCTA Research fellow Dr. Guido David at aniya ito ay base na rin sa kanilang metrics.

 

Unang sinabi ni David na nasa ‘moderate risk classification’ ang Kalakhang Maynila, ngunit sa kanyang pagkambiyo, naniniwala ito na magbabago ang klasipikasyon.

 

Sinabi pa nito na hindi nila inirerekomenda ang pagpapairal ng lockdown sa mga lugar.

 

Samantala, ang Department of Health (DOH), ipinaliwanag kung bakit nananatili sa ‘low risk classification’ ang Metro Manila.

 

Ayon sa kagawaran, bagamat may positive two-week growth, nananatiling wala pang isang kaso sa bawat 100,000 katao ang average daily attack rate.

 

“NCR would require at least 818 cases daily for two weeks to reach an ADAR of six cases per 1,000 population,” giit pa ng DOH.
