Nadagdagan pa ng dalawang bagong miyembro ang Lakas-CMD.
Ito ay matapos manumpa kay Leyte Congressman Martin Romualdez bilang mga bagong miyembro ng Lakas-CMD sina Bulacan Congressman Salvador “Ador” Pleyto Sr. at Nueva Ecija Congressman Emeng Pascual.
Dahil dito, nasa 52 na ang miyembro ng Lakas-CMD.
Ginawa ang panunumpa ng mga bagong miyembro sa Lakas-CMD Headquarters sa Mandaluyong City.
“Our partners in our call for unity are growing by the day. This is no surprise since the just-concluded May elections showed everyone that the Filipino people prefer unity right now, with the stake as high as they are in order for our country to fully recover from the COVID-19 pandemic,” pahayag ni Romualdez.
