Nagkaroon na ng konkretong ideya si Senator-elect Robin Padilla ukol sa mga responsibilidad niya bilang mambabatas at sa mga proseso sa Mataas na Kapulungan ng Kongreso.
Araw ng Martes, Hunyo 14, dumalo si Padilla sa legislative process briefing, ang Executive Mentoring on Legislative Governance sa Senado.
Sa pagpapaliwanag ni Deputy Sec. Edwin Bellen, nalaman ni Padilla ang plenary procedures, gayundin ang mga proseso sa mga komite.
Inaasahang pamumunuan ni Padilla ang Committee on Constitutional Amendments na ang huling humawak ay si Sen. Francis Pangilinan at Committee on Justice, na pinamunuan naman ni Sen. Leila de Lima.
