Lookout order inilabas ng DOJ laban sa drayber na sumagasa sa security guard sa Mandaluyong
Nagpalabas na ng lookout order ang Department of Justice laban sa drayber ng SUV na sumagasa sa isang security guard sa Mandaluyong City.
Ito ay matapos humingi ng tulong ang Mandaluyong Prosecutor’s Office sa Bureau of Immigration para magpalabas ng lookout order laban kay Jose Antonio Sanvicente.
Ayon kay Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, inilabas ang lookout order ngayong tanghali.
Una rito, sinabi ni Prosecutor General Benedicto Malcontento, nagsumite na ng request ang kanilang hanay sa Department of Justice para bantayan kung lalabas ng bansa si Sanvicente.
Si Sanvicente ang drayber ng puting Toyota RAV5 na may plate number NCO 3781 na nag-viral sa social media na sumasagasa sa security guard na si Christian Joseph Floralde sa Julia Vargas Avenue at St. Francis Street sa Mandaluyong City.
Una nang binawi ng Land Transportation office ang lisensya ni Sanvicente matapos hindi siputin ang show cuase orders.
