Alan Cayetano, sasanib sa mayorya sa Senado kung ibibigay ang Blue Ribbon committee

May isang kondisyon si Senator-elect Alan Peter Cayetano para. Sumama sa mayorya sa Senado. Ito ay kung ibibigay sa kanya ang pagiging chairman ng Senate Committee on Blue Ribbon. Ayon kay Cayetano, kailangan kasi magkaroon ng fiasalizer sa administrasyon ni incoming President Ferdinand Bongbong Marcos Jr. . Paliwanag ni Cayetano, mahalaga na may tagabantay  at hindi maaring taga-sunod na lamang sa administrasyon. Pero naman aniya nangangahulugan na puro mali na lamang ng administrasyon ang kanyang babantayan. Sa ngayon, sinabi ni Cayetano na pinag- iisipan pa niya kung sasama sa mayorya o sa minorya.
